This simple fruit salad features fresh seasonal fruits combined with a light, refreshing lime-honey syrup. The secret ingredient is the lime zest and fresh lime juice that makes this fruit salad taste so delicious and flavorful. It's sweet, healthy, and nutritious and perfect for the summer!
Slice all of your fruit into bite-sized pieces and place in a very large bowl.
In a measuring cup, combine your honey, lime zest, and fresh lime juice, and mix very well. The mixture will form a runny syrup-like liquid. Pour this mixture all over your fruit salad and mix well.
Cover your fruit salad and place it in the fridge for 1 hour to over night, then enjoy!
