Strawberry Cheesecake Hong Kong French Toast

Method

   Start by mixing together your softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

   Create a 3 layer sandwich with 3 slices of bread, spreading your cheesecake mixture in-between each layer. Do this with all 6 pieces of bread, giving you 2 big French toast blocks.

   Using a knife slices off just the crusts of your French toast blocks.

   Whisk together your 2 eggs and gently coat your French toast on all sides. Make sure you don't over saturate the bread.

   Get your oil to 350℉ and then fry your French toasts blocks one at a time until golden on all sides.

   Lastly top your fried French toast blocks with some strawberry preservers and enjoy!
