Easy, 20 minute Broccoli Cheddar Mac & Cheese. This delicious but simple to make recipe comes out perfect every time. The best part is you can have this on the table in no time, and it goes perfectly with some added chicken!
Start by adding your chicken broth, butter, and seasonings to the pot over medium high heat. Mix until fully combined.
Add in your pasta shells, broccoli florets, and carrots and mix well. Place a lid on top and reduce heat to medium for 10-12 minutes or until most the broth has been absorbed.
Follow in with your cheese, cream cheese, and heavy cream and mix this over medium heat until it's fully melted and nice and thick. Serve immediately.
