Start by pre heating your oven to 400°F

In a large pan add in your 1 lb sausage and cook over medium high heat making sure to break it up into small pieces.

Once your sausage is crispy remove it from the heat and set aside.

In a new none stick pan add a touch of cooking spray OR 1 tsp butter, and scramble your 6 eggs.

To your 8 flour tortillas add in some eggs, sausage and 1 cup cheddar cheese. Roll tightly and spray with some cooking oil. Add to your oven and bake for 12-14 minutes or until crispy.

Let cool for 10 minutes then enjoy!
