Method

Start by cleaning your 3 large ears of corn removing the husk and hairs and then slicing them down the middle and placing them in a microwave safe bowl and microwaving on high for 2 minutes. (This will make them easier to cut).

Slice your corn down the center to create “Ribs” if the corn is too hard to cut microwave again for 1-2 minutes to make it easier.

Add your corn “ribs” to a large bowl and in a separate bowl mix together 4 tbsp butter and 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp onion and top your corn with it. Mix well to fully cover the corn on all sides.

Place corn in a pre heated air fryer at 400° for 12 minutes. Remove from microwave and top with 1 stalk parsley to garnish and enjoy!
