If something’s broken across the app, it’s almost always faster to check the platform status page than to write us about it. We post incidents in real time and back-fill a postmortem within the week.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from settings → billing at any time — your paid tier runs through the period you’ve already paid for, then drops back to Free.

Where does the AI run?

Anthropic’s Claude (recipes, plans, cookbook covers), x.AI for imagery, and ElevenLabs for cooking-mode voice. Read the privacy notice for the full data flow.

Is the iOS app available?

Not yet — the web PWA installs to your home screen and works offline today. iOS Native ships alongside the Cookbook Store.

How do I delete my account?

From settings → account there’s a “delete everything” button. Your recipes, plans, lists, and pantry data are removed within seven days.

I want to be a partner — what’s the process?

Apply at /partners/apply. We typically review applications within a week and get you set up the same week we approve.
