IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS ADDENDUM BEFORE JOINING OR USING THE PARTNER PROGRAM. By joining or using the Tasteze Partner Program, you agree to this Addendum in addition to the Terms of Service. Artificial intelligence is an integral part of the Partner Program. If you do not agree to the processing described below, you must not join or continue to use the Partner Program.
1. Eligibility
Participation requires an active Chef-tier subscription and an approved partner application. Tasteze may revoke partner access if the subscription lapses or the account is found in violation of the main Terms of Service.
2. Artificial Intelligence and Program Participation
(a) Required processing. The Partner Program uses artificial intelligence to create and revise recipes, develop your editorial voice, prepare stories and collections, generate publication images and narration, and produce cookbooks and Quartly issues. AI processing necessary to provide these services is a condition of participation and is included in your acceptance of this Addendum. The Partner Program does not offer an option to disable that processing while continuing to use those services.
(b) Information and providers. You authorize Tasteze to process the information necessary to provide the partner services you request, including your partner profile and author information; interview responses and editorial preferences; recipes, instructions, photographs, documents, and source links you submit; and publication titles, outlines, drafts, and revision requests. Tasteze uses Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, and Google for applicable AI tasks and Jina AI to retrieve material from submitted links. The information needed for a task is sent to the provider performing it and is processed outside your device. Provider practices, retention, and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
(c) Continuing authorization. This authorization is part of your agreement to receive the Partner Program services and continues for the duration of your participation. You cannot revoke this contractual authorization separately while continuing to use services that require it. It covers processing necessary to perform your requests, including preparation, scheduled publication, and revisions you request. It does not authorize unrelated uses of your information or the training of provider models on your content. To discontinue the required processing, end your participation as described below. Work already submitted may finish; contact privacy@tasteze.app concerning pending work or a request to restrict processing.
(d) Consumer features. Your AI choice in Settings → Privacy & Data governs Tasteze's consumer features on the web and in iOS. It does not grant, withdraw, or change the authorization provided under this Addendum. Participation in the Partner Program does not grant permission for AI processing in consumer features; those features remain subject to your separate choice.
(e) Personal data and mandatory rights. This provision is a contractual authorization for necessary partner services, not an irrevocable consent to every use of personal data. Where applicable law requires consent or explicit consent for particular processing, Tasteze must obtain it separately and you retain the right to withdraw it. Acceptance of this Addendum does not waive privacy rights or supply another person's consent. Submit personal information only where you have the necessary authority and permissions. No provision permits processing prohibited by applicable law.
(f) Editorial responsibility. You remain responsible for reviewing AI output before publication or use. Verify facts, ingredients, allergens, nutrition statements, authorship, and rights to submitted material. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or material unsuitable for publication.
3. Editorial standards
Recipes and stories you publish must be your own work or properly licensed. AI-generated content is welcome — partners disclose AI usage in the same way Tasteze does on its own AI-assisted pages. Misleading nutrition or allergen claims may trigger removal.
4. Custom voice IP
Tasteze owns the trained voice palette generated from your interview inputs. Partners receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the palette outputs (drafts, banners, written voice) inside the Tasteze platform. The palette itself is not portable to other platforms.
5. Custom domain
If a custom domain is configured (e.g., yourname.com → your Tasteze partner page), the partner is responsible for DNS ownership. Tasteze provisions the SSL certificate and CDN routing. On termination of partner status, Tasteze removes the routing; the partner may re-point the domain elsewhere immediately.
6. Revenue sharing
Tasteze does not currently share revenue with partners; the Chef-tier subscription covers your platform access. If a revenue-share model is introduced later, partners in good standing at the time will be offered terms before any changes take effect.
7. Termination of partner status
Either party may terminate partner status at any time. On termination, Tasteze removes the public partner page and any custom-domain routing within 24 hours. Your underlying account and data remain intact — only the partner-program features are affected. See Termination provisions in the Terms of Service for the broader termination terms that always apply.
